Course History

The undergraduate course in Transport Engineering was created at the Federal University of Goiás in 2015, being one of the first undergraduate courses in the area of Transportation developed in Brazil. This pioneering was due to the UFG understand the importance that the transport sector has for society, and identify the market's lack of qualified and qualified professionals to meet the growing demand that the area presents.

Considering a strategic area for the development of the country, the Federal University of Goiás implemented the Undergraduate Course in Transport Engineering in accordance with the National Curricular Guidelines for Engineering Undergraduate Courses established in Resolution CNE / CES 11/2002, as well as the General Regulation of Undergraduate Courses (RGCG) of UFG.

Thus, the degree obtained by the student when obtaining the payment of the course will be Bachelor in Transport Engineering.
